TCB and Tobin Development have broken ground for MidPoint USA, a new spec 574,249 SF distribution facility in Portage, Indiana. The facility is expandable to over 1,000,000 SF and divisible to 200,000 SF. The facility offers ample loading docks and trailer parking, and will be available summer 2008.
